Pool Table Inauguration Ceremony!

What an amazing kick off ceremony launching the new associate pool table, the moment of truth was unleashed as our Complex General Manager – Mr. David Martens pulled out the drapes revealing our new state of the art 9 foot blue carpeted Associate Pool Table!!! A Big Wow To All Associates!  

An opening ceremony battle was fixed earlier during the day between the G.M and the President of The Tune In Committee. It was a long and a fierce battle, both parties displayed exceptional skills but unfortunately, there can only be one winner! The president of the Tune in Committee emerges out victoriously after a 25 minute battle with the G.M !

What is Ramazan ..?

Ramadan (also Ramazan, Ramzan, Ramadhan, Ramdan, Ramadaan) is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar. It is the Islamic month of fasting, in which participating Muslims refrain from eating, drinking and sexual activities from dawn until sunset.^[1] Fasting is meant to teach the Muslim patience, modesty and spirituality. In recent years there have been several attempts to bring the Ramadan fast into a variety of world religions and belief systems. ^[2] Ramadan is a time for Muslims to fast for the sake of God (Arabic: الله‎, trans: Allah) and to offer more prayer than usual. During Ramadan, Muslims ask forgiveness for past sins, pray for guidance and help in refraining from everyday evils, and try to purify themselves through self-restraint and good deeds. As compared to the solar calendar, the dates of Ramadan vary, moving backwards about ten days each year depending on the moon. Ramadan was the month in which the first verses of the Qur'an were revealed to the Islamic Prophet Muhammad.
